Shiba Park Hotel

The first time I stayed in Tokyo, it was at the Shiba Park Hotel. Back ten it was a mid range tourist hotel but over the COVID shut down they renovated into something unique. Originally two buildings they sold one and changed the remaining building into a book hotel by adding a library.

Therr are also reading books on each floor that used to hold vending machines but now are cosy reading areas.

Lunch at Iron Chef Chen's

Iron Chef Chen Kenichi's signature Mapo Tofu as a reasonably priced set meal (around $15)

Hotel

Even my hotel is lit up.

Yokohama Christmas Market

Yokohama has a German style Christmas Market. German sausages and beer. Hot cinnamon apple drink. Roast beef skewer. Okay the wasabi on the roast beef isn't German. Also selling northern European goods.
